Our systems are automated for repackaging bulk products and we have fully customizable load cells to fill finished packaging to any desired weight. We also have automated shrink wrapping machines to ensure safe shipping.
Contract packaging refers to the process of packaging products for a company on a contract basis. Primed MFG's contract packaging and repacking services also known as co-packing helps customers package and repackage material from bulk packaging into customized smaller packaging using our multiple pieces of packing equipment. Primed MFG works closely with customers to develop catered solutions to all of their repacking needs. Our systems are capable of handling multiple super sacks of feed product at a time and can repack down to bags as small as 10 lbs. Our system is automated for repackaging bulk products and has fully customizable load cells that allow it to fill finished packaging to any desired weight. Primed MFG also helps companies that have packaging in smaller containers that need to be reformatted for bulk packaging as well.
Primed MFG has a few different packaging systems that can be paired with various pieces of sealing equipment as well. Our contract packaging process includes sewing, heat sealing, low melt EVA bags, and zip tying of finished product bags. We have also expanded our repackaging services to include contract bottle filling down to 10lbs as well. Primed MFG also offers private label packaging services and palletizing in conjunction with their repacking services.
Primed MFG can provide custom labels for clients and we also label products using specific labels sent from the customer. Primed MFG has multiple automated shrink wrapping machines on site as well to ensure that everything being repackaged is shipped in the safest way possible.
